From First Contact to Regular Supply

Week 1

Initial Contact

A Japanese company contacts us, expressing concerns about risk and reliability in a first-time overseas deal.

Week 2

Supplier Screening

We conduct due diligence on shortlisted suppliers: checking registration, banking references, and obtaining third-party credibility reports.

Weeks 3–4

Sample Shipment and Contract Negotiation

A confidentiality agreement (NCNDA) is signed, sample shipment is arranged, and a draft contract is prepared in both languages.

Week 5-8

Trial Shipment and Import Coordination

A small-lot shipment is executed as a test run. We support import procedures and logistics from end to end.

Month 2 onward

Scaling Up and Process Optimization

Based on positive results, we renegotiate improved terms and establish a regular supply arrangement, with added quality controls and logistics support.
